However, if we are unable to promote your advertisement under the “Promoted Ads” category on our website due to technical issues, policy restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund of the promotion fee.
1. Refund Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Promotion Failure: If your ad fails to be promoted under the intended category due to technical errors, system outages, or internal issues beyond your control.
- Policy Restrictions: If your ad cannot be promoted due to compliance issues or conflicts with our advertising policies, and you are not given an opportunity to revise it.
- Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made duplicate payments for the same ad promotion.
- Incorrect Listing Placement: If your ad is placed in the wrong category or location due to a system error and cannot be corrected.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Please note that refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Ads that were successfully promoted and have completed their scheduled duration.
- Ads removed due to violations of our content or community guidelines.
- Voluntary cancellation of ad promotions by the user.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of the issue occurrence.
- Include your ad ID, payment details, and a brief explanation of the problem.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved:
- Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 7-10 business days
- Digital wallet refunds: 3-5 business days
Please note that the actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may appeal the decision by providing additional documentation or clarification. We will review appeals within 5 business days and provide a final decision.
